1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Atom Trade at atomtrade.in ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of Service

Atom Trade is a technology platform that provides:

• A multi-broker trading terminal interface
• Market data display and analytics tools
• AI-generated market summaries and insights
• Portfolio tracking and reporting tools

Atom Trade is NOT a stockbroker, NOT a sub-broker, and NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor. We do not execute trades on our own behalf, hold client funds, or provide personalised investment advice. All trades are executed through your own registered broker account.

3. Eligibility

To use Atom Trade you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a resident of India or hold a valid Indian PAN card
• Hold active trading accounts with one or more supported brokers
• Not be banned or restricted from trading by any Indian regulatory authority

4. Broker Connectivity

• You authorise Atom Trade to connect to your broker accounts using OAuth or API credentials that you provide
• Atom Trade does not store your broker login passwords
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your broker API keys
• Atom Trade does not guarantee order execution, which depends on your broker's systems

5. AI Features and Market Data

• AI-generated content (morning briefs, screener results, summaries) is for informational purposes only
• AI outputs may contain errors, omissions or outdated information
• Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from exchanges, brokers and third-party providers and may be delayed
• Do not rely solely on AI output or Platform data for trading decisions

6. Subscription and Billing

• Free plan: available at no cost with limited features
• Pro plan: charged monthly/annually as stated at time of purchase
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of GST
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refer to our Refund Policy for refund terms

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the Platform
• Use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in insider trading
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use automated bots to scrape Platform data
• Violate any SEBI, RBI or Indian law through use of the Platform

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, code, logos and trademarks are the property of Atom Trade. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform for personal trading purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atom Trade shall not be liable for:

• Any trading losses incurred using the Platform
• Delays, errors or unavailability of market data
• Broker system failures or execution delays
• Losses from AI-generated insights

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
