Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Atom Trade (the "Service"), operated by Atom Trade Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Atom Trade", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. You must hold valid trading accounts with the brokers you choose to connect.

3. Nature of the Service

Atom Trade is a technology platform that aggregates connectivity to SEBI-registered brokers and market data vendors. We are not a broker, depository, investment adviser, portfolio manager or research analyst. We do not execute trades on your behalf — orders are routed to the broker you select.

4. User accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys and devices.
• Any activity performed through your account is deemed performed by you.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Trading risk

Trading in equities, derivatives, commodities, currencies and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

6. Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping or unauthorised redistribution of market data.
• No use of the Service for market manipulation, spoofing or unlawful activity.
• No interference with the platform's security, integrity or performance.

7. Fees

Subscription fees, if any, are described on our Pricing page and may be revised with prior notice. Broker brokerage, exchange charges, GST and statutory levies are paid directly to your broker.

8. Intellectual property

All software, designs, trademarks and content on the Service are owned by Atom Trade or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal trading.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atom Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including trading losses, lost profits or data loss arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for security reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
