Refund Policy.
Clear, predictable rules for cancellations, refunds and billing disputes on your Atom Trade subscription.
1. Free plan
The Free plan is, well, free. No billing, no refunds.
2. Monthly subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Elite)
- 7-day money-back window: If you upgrade to a paid plan for the first time, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked.
- After the 7-day window, the current month is non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to stop future billing.
- Renewals are not refundable except in the case of a verified billing error.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it downgrades to Free.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we'll retry for up to 5 days and notify you by email. If unresolved, your plan downgrades to Free without penalty.
5. Service issues
If a confirmed Atom Trade outage materially affects your trading day, write to billing@atomtrade.in with the date and we will credit your account on a case-by-case basis.
6. Broker & exchange charges
Brokerage, exchange transaction charges, STT, GST and statutory levies are paid directly to your broker and are not refundable by Atom Trade.
7. How to request a refund
Email billing@atomtrade.in from your registered email with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a billing decision, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
