1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, PAN (where required for broker linking).
• Broker connection data: API keys / OAuth tokens you authorise.
• Trading data: orders, positions, P&L and watchlists you create.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser, OS, pages visited, feature usage.

2. How we use it

• To provide, secure and improve the Service.
• To route orders to the broker you select.
• To generate analytics, AI briefs and risk insights on your data.
• To communicate product updates and important notices.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal or trading data. We do not use your trades to front-run, copy or train external models. Broker credentials are stored encrypted at rest and used only to fulfil your instructions.

4. Sharing

We share data with: (a) brokers and exchanges as required to execute your instructions, (b) sub-processors who help us run the platform (cloud hosting, email, analytics) under strict data agreements, and (c) authorities when legally required.

5. Security

We use TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, hardware-backed key management, access logging, and regular third-party security reviews. No system is perfectly secure — use a strong password and 2FA.

6. Your rights

• Access, correct or export your data.
• Revoke broker connections at any time.
• Delete your account and request erasure of personal data, subject to legal retention.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and limited analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies via your browser.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
